Refund policy

REFUNDS:

Joanell Creations have a 30-day  hassle free refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. All refunds will be issued upon request within 30 days of receipt of item.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issuesJoanell Creations will provide 100% Refund on damaged or defective item within 30 days of receipt of product.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS:

Joanell Creations provide 100% hassle free returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase. To start a return, you can contact Joanell creations directly via shop chat from the online store portal.  If your return is requested within the allotted time frame, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Personalized items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Clearance items or gift cards.
