Shipping is Free Site wide for limited time only.  FREE LOCAL PICKUP OPTION  AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT

Finished Products usually ship within 3-4 days after purchase unless otherwise communicated.

My turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for handstamped items (not including delivery) from date of payment.

For Customized Tumblers turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.  

All orders are ship from Opelousas LA via USPS.

Please make sure your address is correct prior to placing your order.  Joanell Creations will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
