What if my address is wrong after I place my order?

Please contact Joanell Creations as soon as possible via shop messenger, phone or email with the correct address so it can be corrected BEFORE your item  ships.

Please double check your address when placing order. If you notice that the address is wrong AFTER your order has shipped Joanell Creations will not be responsible for cost of items or shipping to wrong address. 

What if my item breaks?

Joanell Creations will provide 100% hassle free refund on broken or damaged non custom items  within 30 days of item being delivered. 

What if I ordered the wrong Item?

please contact Joanell creations via shop chat or email: April@Joanellcreations.com, within 30 days of purchase so that this error can be corrected with a refund or replacement, please provide order number upon contact.

Are refunds provided on personalized items?

No. All sales are final on personalized items. 

What if I don’t receive my package, it’s late or damaged in shipping?

•A. If you don’t receive your package please contact the postal service you chose at checkout along with your tracking number so that they may be able assist in the location of your package. Joanell Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your items have shipped.

•B. Once Joanell Creations ship your package we are no responsible for late or delayed packages, please contact the postal service with any issue involving late or delayed packages.

•C. If your package is damaged during shipping please send a picture of the damaged item via Shopify or email: April@joanellcreations.Com so that Joanell Creations can issue a replacement, or refund of the damaged item. Please be aware that if the damaged item is no longer in stock a full refund will be issued.

 

Package shows delivered but it is not in your mailbox. 

 You must contact your post office to have them scan where the USPS delivered your package. USPS should be able to locate your package.
